The Royal Night Medium Firm Mattress is wonderfully luxurious featuring all-natural and organic materials to provide you with the cleanest and eco-friendliest sleep of your dreams. Made with Oeko-Tex 100 certified Horsetail and Camel hair, organic botanical latex, recycled steel micro-coils, and an Oeko-tex 100certified hemp coir base layer, all wrapped in a GOTS-certified organic cotton and natural wool case.

Horse and Camel Hair

Our mattress showcases both an OEKO-TEX Certified Horse Tail Comfort Layer and an OEKO-TEX Certified Camel Hair Comfort Layer. Shipping

Furniture over $199 Ships for Free in the Continental (Lower 48) United States of America. We do charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International Shipments, which is quoted on an order-by-order basis. Most furniture ships freight, which is delivered curbside to your driveway. If you need assistance getting the item into your house, carrying furniture up a flight of stairs, or more hands-on services, like assembly or white glove services, we can assist with finding the right upgrades at the right prices. Returns and Cancellations

Most of our customers love our products at first sight, but if you change your mind or don’t like a product, we can cancel most orders up to the point they ship. Products in new, unopened, resalable condition can also be sent back in original packaging materials, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping/freight charges, per our Return Policy. Lastly, Custom Made and Made-to-Order items must be cancelled within 72 hours or are charged in full to start the production, at which point, they can’t be cancelled or returned. Warranties

Our catalog of furniture items is high quality and made to last. All furniture items are sold with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in craftsmanship or functionality per our Return Policy. For your convenience, if a situation does occur regarding warranty or shipping issues, Haiku Designs will file and coordinate all claims and warranty replacements. Beyond that, it is our desire to have happy customers and earn your business anytime you have home furnishing needs. Mattress & Futon Mattress Care Sheet:

Mattresses & futon mattresses will compress about 10-15% during the first 3 to 6 months of use. This occurs when the crimp in the wool or cotton fibers begin to decrease and moisture begins to build up. Repeatedly sleeping in the same spot on a new mattress or futon mattress will create a very noticeable depression or dip. The proper mattress care will help prevent your mattress & futon mattress from dipping & sagging. These Five steps below will ensure that your new mattress or futon mattress will wear evenly and last for years to come.

  1. Rotate - Be sure to rotate your Mattress & Futon Mattress every 2 to 3 weeks by flipping it on the reverse side for the first 6 months. Then, rotate every 3 to 4 months.
  2. Circulate - Mattresses & Futon Mattresses should be placed on slats so they can breathe properly. This can also prevent them from getting flat.
  3. Protector - Protect your Mattress & Futon Mattress from stains and dirt by using a removable futon cover.
  4. Sun - Mattresses & Futon Mattresses need to be placed in the Sun twice a year to remove moisture.
  5. Airing - Mattresses & Futon Mattresses need the proper airflow to keep their optimal softness and last for years to come.

Our natural wool vendors have conditions in which sheep are raised humanely with plenty of room to graze and enjoy the sunshine in a mulesing free environment. The sheep are treated respectfully and do not get harmed to produce the wool for our bedding.

GOLS Global Organic Latex Standards Certification

Global Organic Latex Standards: The GOLS standard addresses criteria for natural rubber from certified organic plantations (USDA NOP or EU) that is processed at manufacturing units. To achieve GOLS certification, a product must contain more than 95% of certified organic raw material. Rubber plantations as well as processing units up to the final retailer are certified according to the standard. By using transaction certificates at every sale of a product in the supply chain, traceability from the plantation to the final retailer is ensured.
