Shipping

Furniture over $199 Ships for Free in the Continental (Lower 48) United States of America. We do charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International Shipments, which is quoted on an order-by-order basis. Most furniture ships freight, which is delivered curbside to your driveway. If you need assistance getting the item into your house, carrying furniture up a flight of stairs, or more hands-on services, like assembly or white glove services, we can assist with finding the right upgrades at the right prices. Returns and Cancellations

Most of our customers love our products at first sight, but if you change your mind or don’t like a product, we can cancel most orders up to the point they ship. Products in new, unopened, resalable condition can also be sent back in original packaging materials, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping/freight charges, per our Return Policy. Lastly, Custom Made and Made-to-Order items must be cancelled within 72 hours or are charged in full to start the production, at which point, they can’t be cancelled or returned. Warranties

Our catalog of furniture items is high quality and made to last. All furniture items are sold with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in craftsmanship or functionality per our Return Policy. For your convenience, if a situation does occur regarding warranty or shipping issues, Haiku Designs will file and coordinate all claims and warranty replacements. Beyond that, it is our desire to have happy customers and earn your business anytime you have home furnishing needs. Feel free to contact us with any issues you have with a Haiku Designs purchase, and we’ll do what we can to help you resolve them.

Haiku Designs accepts all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, Affirm and Venmo through our secure website checkout. Generally, we’ll charge you at the time the order ships (except custom and made-to-order items which are charged ahead of starting production).

UrbanCraft Product Care Guide

Caring for Eco Leather. Remove ordinary dirt and smudges with a mild soap and water solution and a clean soft cloth or towel. Dry with a soft lint-free cloth or towel. Do not use vinegar, waxes, silicones, alcohol or harsh cleaners.

Caring for Fabric. Blot spills immediately with a clean, colorfast towel. Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, gently blotting to remove excess water, then air dry. For stains that can't be removed as such, professional cleaning is advised.

Caring for Natural Wood Veneer. For cleaning, use lightly dampened cloth followed by a separate dry cloth. If the furniture has been in contact with acid liquids such as sodas, fruit juices, lemon or others, clean the surface with lukewarm water immediately.

Caring for Natural Leather. To clean, use a conditioner every 6-12 months and wipe up spills as they occur with a clean cloth. Avoid using normal cleaning supplies, such as soaps, detergents, solvents, etc.

Caring for Metal. Use only non-abrasive cleaning rags. Paper towels can also be used, but they tend to leave some lint that is visible when the furniture dries. Dish soap is the best agent for cleaning grime on metal surfaces.

Caring for Solid Wood. For cleaning, use lightly dampened cloth followed by a separate dry cloth. If the furniture has been in contact with acid liquids such as sodas, fruit juices, lemon or others, clean the surface with lukewarm water immediately.

Caring for Steel. Use only non-abrasive cleaning rags. Paper towels can also be used, but they tend to leave some lint that is visible when the furniture dries. Dish soap is the best agent for cleaning grime on steel surfaces.

Caring for Lacquer. First dust with a soft lint-free cloth. Then use a soft damp cloth to wipe down surface. Avoid dragging dust across the surface since it can contain small hard particles that can scratch the surface.

Caring for Stone. First, wipe down with soft, clean cloth. Clean with dish soap and water mixture. Do not use strong highly acidic cleaners as they can damage the natural materials. Do not use abrasive cleaning cloths.

Caring for Glass. Use only distilled vinegar and warm water mix in a spray bottle. Wipe down the glass surface with a a soft, clean, lint-free microfiber cloth or paper towel to remove dust before you spray your solution, then spray the entire surface.

Caring for Rope. Do not bleach, use solvents or dry-clean. To remove stubborn stains, wash fabric with a mixed solution of warm water and mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.

Caring for Stainless Steel. Use only non-abrasive cleaning rags. Paper towels can also be used, but they tend to leave some lint that is visible when the furniture dries. Dish soap is the best agent for cleaning grime on stainless steel surfaces.
