Made from sustainable certified V legal, Grade A teak is harvested responsibly. Grade A teak is from mature trees that feature grain that is more even, and color that is more consistent than lesser grades of teak.
Teak is a dense hardwood that is naturally oily which offers benefits over other natural woods including resistance to light, heat, moisture, and pest damage.
New teak wood furniture will have a warm golden hue that patinas to a silvery grey over time. Letting the teak patina will not compromise the integrity of the wood, however, to keep the golden color, clean the teak furniture about once a year and apply a thin layer of teak oil.
Plastic foot glides help to protect your patio from scratching and also to help keep the furniture protected from dirt or water that can accumulate on the patio.
Cushions are made in America using American materials including Sunbrella, Outdura, or Revolution performance fabrics which are easy to clean, fade, stain, mildew resistant and carry a 5-year warranty.
Machine washable cushion covers feature durable and frustration-free YKK brand zippers for easy removal. The top and bottoms of our seat cushions are identical so they can be flipped if a stain gets on the cushion between machine washes.
All cushions are sewn with PremoBond brand marine-grade UV-treated thread made from high-quality mold, mildew, and rot-resistant bonded polyester to ensure your cushions won't fall apart at the seams.
Each seam is finished with overlock stitching for additional durability, reinforcement, and weatherproofing and to prevent the fraying of internal fabric edges during machine washing.
American-made CertiPUR-US® certified foam cushion inserts are produced without harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants and are free of mercury, lead, and other heavy metals to protect the planet as well as the health of you and your loved ones.
Thick 4.5" foam seat cushion inserts plus additional layers of 1" of quick-drying Dacron on the top and bottom to help wick away moisture. This combination of layers creates the "Goldilocks" of cushions, firm enough to avoid bottoming out but soft enough for comfort.
Back cushions are filled with 100% polyester fill fibers for a cloud-like backrest. The insert is sewn shut in a mesh encasing to keep the filling clean and easy to unstuff.
Cushion ties are sewn to the back of each seat cushion to secure them in place to the frame.

Shipping

Furniture over $199 Ships for Free in the Continental (Lower 48) United States of America. We do charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International Shipments, which is quoted on an order-by-order basis. Most furniture ships freight, which is delivered curbside to your driveway. If you need assistance getting the item into your house, carrying furniture up a flight of stairs, or more hands-on services, like assembly or white glove services, we can assist with finding the right upgrades at the right prices. Returns and Cancellations

Most of our customers love our products at first sight, but if you change your mind or don’t like a product, we can cancel most orders up to the point they ship. Products in new, unopened, resalable condition can also be sent back in original packaging materials, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping/freight charges, per our Return Policy. Lastly, Custom Made and Made-to-Order items must be cancelled within 72 hours or are charged in full to start the production, at which point, they can’t be cancelled or returned. Warranties

Our catalog of furniture items is high quality and made to last. All furniture items are sold with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in craftsmanship or functionality per our Return Policy. For your convenience, if a situation does occur regarding warranty or shipping issues, Haiku Designs will file and coordinate all claims and warranty replacements. Beyond that, it is our desire to have happy customers and earn your business anytime you have home furnishing needs. PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Our Harmonia Living furniture is designed to live long past the manufacturer warranty. It’s also
constructed with materials that don’t require a lot of upkeep. By following the recommendations below, you’ll enjoy your new patio furniture for years to
come!

HOW TO CLEAN & PROTECT INDOOR FURNITURE:

Use a coaster or trivet when placing heavy items, or glassware on the surface top to prevent scratching. Dust regularly with a soft cloth occasionally polish with a lemon oil based product like Old English, please do not use harsh chemicals.

PROTECT YOUR NEW OUTDOOR FURNITURE

When not in use, we recommend using a protective cover with your furniture. During harsh weather and extreme temperatures, we recommend storing the cushions in a shed or garage and covering the frames with protective covers. If you store the frames indoors during the winter, avoid storing upside down, which can trap moisture. Damage caused by the elements, normal wear and tear or improper care is not covered by Harmonia Living's warranty.

HOW TO CLEAN OUTDOOR FURNITURE:

ALUMINUM

Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it. Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish.

TEAK

Long term, teak furniture develops a pleasing silvery gray patina, which is cosmetic and not an indication of dryness. Its natural oils help keep this hardwood strong and durable in a variety of environments, so there’s very little maintenance needed. Covering teak furniture will protect the surface from elements such as hail, wind and snow, which can cause cosmetic damage. To keep the original golden honey finish, apply a very thin layer of Linseed or Teak oil to your furniture 1-2 times a year, depending on exposure. Cleaning your furniture with teak cleaner is recommended every 2-3 years, along with the oil application.

HDPE WICKER

Simply hose off, or wipe down the wicker with a solution of mild dish soap (just a drop or two) and water with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals
or brushes to clean HDPE wicker.

SLING

In order to prevent stains and protect its new appearance, wipe down the sling with a mixture of soap and water every few weeks. To remove mold, rinse down the furniture with water and scrub gently with a brush.

GFRC / CONCRETE

Wipe up spills immediately with a dry cloth. For overall cleaning, use a soft cloth with a drop of mild dish soap. Rinse off soap and wipe dry.

STEEL

Simply hose off or wipe down your frame to clean it. Avoid using harsh cleaners, brushes or power washers, which could damage the finish. Should the product get scratched or damaged, the metal will begin to rust. You can use Rustoleum spray paint to touch up scratches and prevent rust from spreading.

PERFORMANCE FABRICS

Cleaning your cushions on a regular basis will help prevent build-up of dirt, which can generate mildew. Dirt and dust can be brushed off, while stains can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Cushion covers zip off and can be machine washed and air dried; do not put cushion covers in the dryer. For
tougher stains, visit the fabric manufacturer’s website for additional recommendations.

Tip: If your cushions are left out during a rainstorm, unzip and place the cushion on its side, zipper side down. This will allow the water to drain out quicker.
